The Academy                                               

Introduction

The Academy for Educational History was formed in 2000 and currently consists of  10 Fellows and 15 Associates. Fellowship is restricted to exceptional  scholars in the field of educational history and Associate membership is limited to individuals in the broader educational discipline.  Membership is open to educational scholars both in the States and overseas.

Fellows

Specifically individuals who are distinguished in the field of educational history  may be elected or elevated to the rank of Fellow in The Academy for Educational History. Fellowship is for life.  Fellows must be proposed by two or more members of the Academy and approved by the Membership Committee. Nominations must be in writing and submitted to a member of the Membership Committee.

Associates

Associates must be proposed by two or more Fellows of the Academy. Nominations must be in writing and submitted to a member of the Membership Committee.
